1 Facilitator (Artisan) Ore Academy is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and passionate Facilitators to join our growing training team. We are seeking facilitators across all occupational disciplines to deliver high-quality, learner-centred training aligned with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) requirements. Job Title Facilitator – Occupational Qualifications (All Disciplines) Location Ore Academy Job Purpose To facilitate learning and skills development in accordance with QCTO Occupational Qualifications, Occupational Certificates, and Skills Programmes. The successful candidate will ensure effective learner engagement, assessment support, and compliance with QCTO quality assurance requirements. Key Responsibilities Facilitate theoretical and practical learning sessions using approved learning materials. Deliver training in line with QCTO curriculum and occupational qualification requirements. Prepare lesson plans, learning activities, and learner support materials. Monitor learner attendance, participation, and progress. Support learners in preparing for formative and external integrated summative assessments. Maintain accurate learner records and training documentation. Ensure compliance with QCTO policies, occupational curricula, and quality management systems. Promote a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment. Work closely with assessors, moderators, and programme coordinators to ensure quality delivery. Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification in the discipline being facilitated. Registered or eligible to register as a Facilitator/Trainer in accordance with QCTO and applicable sector requirements. Assessor qualification and registration will be an added advantage. Minimum of two years' industry and/or training experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Sound knowledge of QCTO occupational qualifications and workplace-based learning. Competencies Strong facilitation and learner engagement skills. Planning and organisational skills.
